Fun at the Museum

This past week, we all took a vacation. But unlike other vacations, we stayed home to do fun things. This is what happens when you turn your head for a few seconds! Notice Noah's shirt says "I love Dad". Of course he does...he gets Dad's wallet! Before our vacation, Noah was checkingto make sure we could pay for all of our activities! Notice he went right for the Visa card and took it out!! Once we straightened that out (that was a good life lesson....go right for the credit card!), we did all kinds of things. It was rainy and cold the first few days, but when the sun came out and we got to spend some time outside. On Monday, we went to the "Please TouchMuseum" in Philadelphia. There were all sorts of fun things there, though without a doubt Noah's favorite things were the water and running! Here you get to see how boats travel along a river and go through Locks. But you could also splash and play in the water and get real wet! It was hard leaving the fun exhibit...Noah and Kathy went to a Tea party.... And then...."an ocean floated by with a private boat for Noah. And he sailed in and out of weeks and almost over a year to the place where the wild things are"..... How many WILD THINGS can you see?!?!We rode the tractor at the farm.....And did you know the "wheels on the bus go round and round"? And as much fun as all of this was, what Noah liked best was running up and down the ramps. He spent alot of time going up and going down and going up... and then was off..... see if this movie works, and it will show you how we spent much of our trip to the museum!

And check out the King and the Queen!

We had alot of fun at the museum...but this was just the beginning of a really fun week. Keep checking Noah's blog for more fun adventure and pictures!

Our Trip to Kentucky

After Easter, our next big adventure was a trip to Kentucky to see Aunt Erin, Uncle Kyle, and cousins Evan and Josh. We started early in the morning at the Philadelphia airport with breakfast....you can tell Noah is more and more a big boy every day...do you see him sitting getting ready to eat?

David spent the first night in Louisville for work and Kathy and Noah went to Lexington. David joined them all the next day and we had a great time. They even have the movie CARS in Kentucky and everyone got to relax and watch.

And Noah had such a great time playing! Evan helped Noah get ready for bed and they played and played together!

And Josh and Noah played with just about every toy in the house...and there were lots of toys!

And Uncle Kyle sure is silly...and fun!And more Easter eggs! Thanks auntie Erin!

We had a great time...but before we knew it, it was back to the airport and heading back to Philadelphia. Noah loves the "Magic sidewalk" and could go back and forth and back and forth all day!And look..."airplanes...zooommmm, zoooommmmm!"

When we got home, it was finally warming up, and we've spent lots of time playing outside and doing lots of other fun things. There will be more blogs coming very soon. We have a new swingset, play with lots of bubbles, and Noah is becoming a good singer (The Wheels on Bus, Twinkle Twinkle...). Check out Noah's blog soon!

Easter 08 part 2

When Easter finally came, Noah woke up and found an Easter basket! It had Peeps and jelly beans and all sorts of good things. Noah, thankfully, wasn't wild about the Peeps, but loved the jelly beans. You can see after a little sugar high, Noah and David had to relax and watch the Mickey Mouse club before doing much else.

Then later that day we went to Lancaster to Jeff and Sue's house. They had great toys to play with. Noah is anything but shy, and where ever the big kids were, Noah wanted to be right there! You should see him shooting baskets!
Dinner was great.......
And Noah got to see everyone, even his great grandma and granddad....And after dinner, there was another Easter egg hunt! By this time, Noah was a pro and knew just what to do...and it was a little less crowded than his first easter egg hunt!
What a big boy, and how much fun.... Stay tuned and we'll put more updates soon!

Behind on the blog--Easter 08 part 1

We've been so busy lately, we've gotten very behind on the blog. But keep checking over the next few days, and we'll try and update everyone on all the fun we've been having! If you've seen Noah recently you can tell how quickly he is growing into a real little boy. Everyone tells us "it goes so fast", and that is so true. Every day Noah is talking more, playing more, doing new things.... And in the last few weeks we've had so many great adventures!

The best place to start is probably Easter! The weekend before Easter there was an Easter egg hunt at a local park and we all went with his friend Joseph and his mom and dad. When Noah had a choice of seeing the Easter Bunny or splashing in a puddle, what do you think he chose to do???
He is so attracted to water...in a puddle, in a fountain, in a sink....anywhere there's water, Noah has to stick his hands in and splash. But we got in a few "high five's" to the Bunny! And then, on your mark, get set, GO! Can you find Kathy and Noah?? He managed to get 3 eggs! Maybe mom needs to be a little faster next year!
But Noah and Joseph had a great time. There was alot of running around, and they needed a rest when it was done. After the hunt, we all went out to lunch--Joe, Jamie, Joseph, Kathy, David, baby Gianna (Joseph's new baby sister...she's not in the picture), and Noah...at the head of the table!
And then Grammy and Grampy came to visit, and Noah had more fun playing with the Easter bunny! This one sings and dances, and Noah sings along with the frog that does that chorus "at the HOP"
Hey Noah....did you have fun today????Stayed tuned for more updates........
