Watching Sunday Football

It's the end of another weekend and everyone here needs a nap. Noah is growing like a weed. He's gone from absolutely tiny, to almost outgrowing his small newborn clothes, and is almost too big for his bassinet! We haven't weighed him recently, but he's clearly growing fast! He seems to be sleeping less during the days keeping his mom busy, and is still eating every 3 hours. He's had a couple fussy nights, but a couple great nights. There are times when he just wants to be held, which is kind of cute.
Another "new" thing...all of the sudden he really likes lying on his tummy. It gives him a whole new perspective.Noah had a busy weekend and has been all over town. He went to the Mall yesterday...he had a gift certificate at Baby Gap and needed a couple new outfits to fit his new size! He stopped at Staples, Kinkos, and then had lunch at Mrs Marty's. He thought the corned beef was particularly good, but wasn't wild about the pickles.
Today he took his first trip to Home Depot. He wanted cousin Benjamin to see these pictures ...our grass is getting long and we decided to look at mowers, but you can see he was studying the controls and specifications, and ultimately decided there wasn't enough horse power, so we didn't buy it.

This is a busy sports weekend. It was supposed to be an exciting Yankees/Red Sox weekend, but the Yankees are so far ahead, it has less meaning. But nevertheless, Noah and his family were very excited. "Take that, cousin Benjamin!"Unfortunately, Noah is very unhappy--the Giants are getting killed. We asked him what he thought of the game...Kathy's friend MaryBeth even called and told Noah since he lived in Philadelphia, it would be OK to be an Eagles fan. Here was his answer!
Noah is still looking forward to meeting everyone. Cousins Evan and Josh called today to say hi, but Noah was sleeping and couldn't really talk on the phone (he's too little anyhow), but will be seeing them soon. Hopefully he will meet cousins Sarah, Max, Samantha, and Benjamin this weekend!
We're all tired from a long day and long week, and watching the Giants lose doesn't help. As you can see Noah is worn out...so we'll say goodbye for now ---- Love, us....
