Troublemaker???

Well, we're all back together. Kathy got home from California on the red-eye without a problem. She was a little worried about her "boys" home alone. First thing she did was ask Noah how everything went when she was away, and he just gave her the "thumbs up mom!"

Noah is moving around like crazy--as of today, he can roll over both right and left, so look out! In fact, today we had to lower his crib since he's getting his hands and feet over the top! He certainly has changed all of our lives: at one time we would go to the Metropolitan Opera house, listen to classical music on Sunday mornings, read interesting novels, etc... Today, since we were taking so many pictures, we tried to take some "artistic" photographs. This is our new idea of "ART":
Unfortunately, the bottle was not the only thing he's been drinking. Leave him alone, and we're afraid he might be a troublemaker. Already we need to teach him not to drink and drive...
We sat him down and asked him "Noah, is that your beer?", and he just looked at us:

Does he look like he's going to be a troublemaker?? (no way!).

Have a good weekend. Since the Giants are gone, we'll be cheering for the Eagles.

Home Alone

Well...it's Wednesday night, and there is another first in our house. Kathy is traveling to California today and David and Noah are on their own for the first time. Kathy left the house at 3pm for a 5 pm flight. She last called the house at 8pm and is still at the airport. She's leaving California around 11 pm Thursday night on a red eye, so at this rate she'll get in just in time to catch her plane home! But Noah insisted we take this picture for her so she'll see it on her email when she gets there:

We're still recovering from the weekend. We had a little party for the Eagles/Giants game. The hot dogs were great,
and Noah was so happy after the Giants scored their first touchdown! But the end of the game was very sad for Giants fans. So football is fading away. Noah continues to try and win at his slot machine. This picture is amazing if you look closely. When Noah first played in his "excersaucer" 2 weeks ago, his toes barely touched the bottom. This picture just yesterday (2 weeks later) shows his feet are now flat on the ground!
Noah was just hanging out dancing to his music box in his T shirt. The only thing better would be to have a sleeveless T shirt (we haven't been able to find one in his size)
Well, the boys are having a fun night. The beer (ok...formula) is chilling, cigars just waiting to be lit, we're waiting to watch a man's movie (OK...we'll watch George Bush's speech), and stay up all night (ok...obviously Noah is sound asleep or this blog wouldn't get written!). We both miss mommy and hope she gets to California before her plane leaves to come back home!
