Other pictures

It's Wednesday morning, and everyone in our family is tired. Kathy is in Phoenix and dealing with the time difference. She's been there less than 2 days and is coming home today. Noah (and David) can't wait. She called this morning at 7:30 (4:30 Phoenix time!) and has to be exhausted.
Noah has been waking up at 3:30 am and just wants some company. He won't go back to sleep unless someone comes and lays down in his room. Needless to say, it makes for long days and short nights. He gets to nap and catch up (yesterday he took a 3 hour morning nap and 2 hour afternoon nap!!), but Dad has a hard time finding a place to nap for 3 hours at work. We talked about this this morning, and I just said "Noah...you need to sleep through the night and not cry if you wake up, ok?". And answered quite clearly "OK" (that's his newest word..."OK". And he learned"hug", yesterday, both good words!).

Just posting some pictures you may have seen. These were taken by others, and we were able to save them, so thought we'd share some. Unfortunately, they come out as little stamp size photos.

These next 2 pictures came from Michelle's blog (http://www.beautifulbabiesandmore.blogspot.com/). She came to take Noah's 1 year pictures, and mom and dad got in the act! We've only seen a couple pictures, but the rest should be coming soon. Noah didn't take a good nap the day she was at our house, and was pretty sad for much of his "photo shoot". But you wouldn't know it looking at these!Well, bye for now. See you soon.....

Growing up faster....

We've had a fun week, but mom and dad are not getting as many pictures. We think we told you we all went to the Norristown Zoo a couple of weeks ago. Noah is a very friendly little boy, and had no trouble making new friends! (yes...we all washed our hands (even Noah) after petting the goats).

Noah is growing up so quickly everyday. He's not so wild about getting dressed or changing his diaper, and likes to wrestle a little...but he loves to play!
He's almost ready to start walking on his own. And he is talking more and more everyday. Give us a call and ask him what the cow and duck say, and just call to ask "how are you Noah", and he'll tell you "GOOD!". Yesterday for the first time he shook his head "no" (we're in for trouble now!), and today said "OK". He says "mom mom" and every once in a while, "da da" (not so much though). He says "bubbles", and "duck" and lots of new sounds....

And now that Noah is such a big boy, he's almost done with his bottle. He still gets one at dinner time but that's it. We think he'll be finished in the next few weeks. He drinks juice (oh yeah...he can say "juice" too!) with his snacks, and milk (his favorite word!) with meals.
A new feature of the blog should be to download video, so we're trying. See if this comes out for you....

"Look everyone!! I'm walking!"

Well, we're on our way out today to try and find some adventure. Kathy goes to Phoenix tomorrow til Wednesday, so Noah and daddy will be bachelors for a few days again. Lots of hot dogs and cheese puffs (Noah's favorite snack!). Can't wait to see everyone!
Love, us......
