Noah Walked!

Noah walked this week! We've seen him take a step or two this week, but last night (Friday) he took 3 easy steps before plopping down on his tush! We haven't been able to get a picture or movie of him walking yet, but we figure in a week or two he'll be walking all over the house!

The last couple weeks have been so much fun. We came home from Connecticut 2 weeks ago. It was a busy weekend and everyone was tired and needed a rest. At least some of us rested together in the car on the way home. David took this picture over his shoulder.
Last weekend, Max was here visiting and playing. He came up from college at George Washington, and he worked a little, slept a little, but spent lots of time playing and reading....

And we all went to pumpkin land! Noah was pretty tired, and it was hot out, so we didn't pick out a pumpkin yet, but Noah was trying them on for size.

Kathy was away for a week in Las Vegas for a meeting. Noah missed his mom, but tried to send her a picture every day.

Noah and dad had such a fun week. Noah was such a good boy, and except for a couple late nights, we had a blast. We're all home now and looking forward to a fun weekend.

And check out our little bus driver! Join us in watching Noah and listening to the fun music! (Click on the play button and make sure your sound is on).

We'll send more pictures soon. Love to all.

My visit to Connecticut

My mom and dad and I got to go visit Nanny and Poppy for the weekend of Yom Kippur. I had so much fun! My cousins Samantha and Benjamin were there, and we got to play together all weekend. And I got to read books with everyone. Samantha read to me...

Poppy read to me and Benjamin....I read to Poppy....

And all 4 kids got to eat together!
My cousins are fun and silly!
And Sarah came in for the day too and we got to play together!
I didn't fast for the holiday, but I had a great weekend. The drive home was long, and the traffic bad, but we stopped at Herrold's for lunch and that was lots of fun! The rest of the week was really busy...there's been so much playing to do. And I'm practicing my walking...any day now I'll be ready to walk all on my own...just wait!

What's New?

Hi everyone! I'm having all sorts of fun these days.

I love riding my cars...zoom, zoom!

And I've become a pretty good piano player. I love all sorts of music these days.....

And riding my cars and playing piano builds a big appetite. I'll eat anything with my hands, but dont' try feeding me anything on a spoon anymore. That's for babies! One of my favorites is ravioli and meatballs!

One of my other most favorite (maybe my very favorite) thing to do is read books. I have all sorts of new pop up and hide and seek books that I love to read. And read, and read and....
And while I'm really getting to be a big boy, I still like my pacifiers at bed time. But check out "Mom's Soccer Star"!
And anybody remember those pictures of me in my crib...and you could barely find me, the crib looked so big and I looked so little? Well now I can reach over the side to my night table and bookcase and grab anything I want. One day last week I was SUPPOSED to be napping (I don't always like to nap), but ended up making alot of noise, whining and talking til finally my mom came to check on me! Of course I was whining...I had pulled so much stuff off my shelves and into my crib, when my mom came in, she saw there was nowhere for me to lay down, or even sit for that matter!

There's so much more to show and tell everyone, but we've been behind on my blog. Keep checking so I can show you more pictures from my visit to Connecticut for Yom Kippur, and from Max's visit to my house this weekend! I miss everyone....come see me soon!

Love, Noah
