February in Marco Island; part 1

Last week we went to Marco Island to visit Nanny and Poppy. Noah was really good on the plane, but it was a long flight. When we got off the plane, you can see Noah didn't want to be still, be held or be quiet. And he certainly wasn't happy when mommy had to hold him in the airport...he just wanted to run! And when we got there, Auntie Laurie, Uncle Peter and cousins Samantha and Benjamin were there for 1 day with us. We had a ball all swimming around together.
Here you can see Noah was reading to Poppy. There were all sorts of new places to explore. At one point the house got really quiet, and we couldn't find any of the kids....they were hiding!
The Borges family left the day after we got there, but it was fun when everyone was there! Say CHEESE everyone! You can see there were a whole lot of little fish in the pool!
But after so much swimming, sometimes you just need to sit quietly and relax! The next day, we found a great park. Noah didn't understand that he couldn't go in the water and wasn't so happy traveling on daddy's shoulders....
But then in Grammy's honor we all had a great dinner at "Snooks". Noah got a great sweatshirt from Snooks, and here he didn't mind being taller than everyone!Noah learned some new things in Florida. For one, he learned how to hold hands...he really never liked to do that before. Noah and Poppy did alot of walking together
"Hey Poppy....watch your step!" We had lot's more fun in Florida. We went to the beach a couple times and got to swim in the ocean...stay tuned for part 2 of the blog for more fun!
